Issues link to wrong description & workspace

We have a few newly created zenhub issues that link to another (closed) issue in the wrong workspace, project, and pipeline. The same behaviour occurs in the roadmap and work tracker - it is not possible to open or edit the correct issue.
They are displayed with the correct name and workspace name in the respective overviews.

Is this a known problem? Can I provide you with any details to help identify the problem?
