Sorry for the sensationalist title. There is semantic difference between the beta and deprecated board in how PR-issue stacks are filtered. This change would probably be a deal breaker for us:
When a PR is connected to an issue, and the PR is assigned to Priya while the issue is assigned to Walter, and the Assignee filter is set to Walter, the old board shows the PR and issue stacked together. The new board only shows the PR. Similarly, when the assignee filter is set to Priya, the old board shows the PR and issue stacked together. The new board only shows the issue.
When we do stand-up every morning “in front” of the Zenhub board, we set the Assignee filter to whoever’s turn it is during stand-up. So when it’s Priya’s turn, we would like to see (1) the issues she’s been assigned to, (2) the PRs she’s filed for them, (3) the PRs she’s been assigned to review and (4) the issues connected to those PRs (for context). The old board does exactly that. The new board only shows (1), (2) and (3) but not (4).
