Direct link to project

Is there a way to generate a direct link to a project (and project description)?

Selecting a project in the roadmap generates a link in the form
https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/myws-<id>/roadmap?project=<projectid>

However using that link will just show the entire roadmap, not open the project in the sidebar.

I see that issues and epics have links in a different format
https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/myws<id>/epics/<epicid>

Is there anything like that for a project?

Hi,

Thanks for reporting that. I have reproduced the behavior.

We’ll see if it’s a quick fix, but just so you know, we’re probably not going to be making any additional updates to Projects at this point. We’re getting pretty close to moving to Sub-issue & Issue Types based replacements.

Apologies,
George

Thank you for the confirmation.

Happy to switch to whatever works as a replacement, we’re still getting the routines settled.

I just think it makes sense to have at least two levels of hierarchy on display in the roadmap - for us that’s roughly “what management sees as a project” and “major tasks a single team is working on”. Whether that’s projects and epics, or epics and top-issues, or all three of them likely doesn’t matter, a static link to the description is important.

Hi,

Got it, thank you. Static links will absolutely be available when we make the transition…
