What is the one thing you like about your team standup?
What have you changed/done to make standups better?
One thing my team did was try slack huddles instead of a virtual meet/call and I love it! I personally think this made our conversations be more efficient because we don’t worry about sitting straight, looking good in-camera or switching between calendar > chrome > google meet to join the call. Every day at 11 am I get a slack notification that the huddle has started, I open up my mic and I boom! We can share a screen to check out our board and at the end, we draw on the screen fun characters to say goodbye.
