When I worked on my first agile team, I was nervous to speak up during planning poker if I didn’t agree with the group’s story point estimation. Now over time, I’ve learned to gain confidence and voice my perspective, but it wasn’t without some bumps along the way. I’m sure I wasn’t alone in this feeling!
