Could Someone Give me Best Practices for Optimizing Agile Workflows with ZenHub?

I have been using ZenHub for a few months now; and while I have found it incredibly useful for managing our projects, I am looking to optimize our agile workflows further. Our team has been following a standard Scrum framework; but I believe there is room for improvement; especially in how we utilize ZenHub’s features.

How do you effectively use ZenHub during your sprint planning sessions? Are there specific tips for setting up and managing sprints that have worked well for your team?

We have been somewhat inconsistent with our estimations. What strategies do you employ to ensure accurate and consistent story point estimations? Are there any ZenHub features that you find particularly helpful for this?

We are trying to make better use of ZenHub’s reporting capabilities. How do you utilize burndown charts and other reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions? Any custom reports or dashboards that you have found particularly insightful? :thinking:

Are there any third-party tools or integrations that have significantly enhanced your ZenHub experience? Additionally; I am interested in learning about any automation rules or workflows that have streamlined your processes.
