Zenhub users cannot check off items in comment

Our team has noticed that any time a Zenhub user tries to check of an item in a checklist in a comment, they cannot. They can check off items that are in the main description just fine, but not subsequent comments.

I can check it off for them but that is complete impractical. My account is hooked up to both Zenhub and Github. The users that are having the problem are strictly Zenhub users.

Anybody have any feedback about this?
