Hey everyone!
With the growth and expansion of Agile, we’ve seen a huge influx of different methodologies. Even within a specific organization, smaller teams might be using multiple structures simultaneously. One resource that has a super cool take on the many types of Agile, is Agile Alliance’s “Subway Map of Agile Processes.”
Just like a real subway map, it might seem complex and confusing at first, but with a bit of analysis it can be super helpful and get you right where you need to go. ![]()
What are your thoughts on the many different types of Agile? What methodology do you use, or do you have a special mix that’s unique to your organization? Let me know!
