Hey everyone! With the growth and expansion of Agile, we’ve seen a huge influx of different methodologies. Even within a specific organization, smaller teams might be using multiple structures simultaneously. One resource that has a super cool take on the many types of Agile, is Agile Alliance’s “Subway Map of Agile Processes.” Just like a real subway map, it might seem complex and confusing at first, but with a bit of analysis it can be super helpful and get you right where you need to go.
What are your thoughts on the many different types of Agile? What methodology do you use, or do you have a special mix that’s unique to your organization? Let me know!
